2017 Western Conference The 2017 FFLA Western Conference has now been set for September 8-10 in Chester, California and surrounding area. Chester is near Lassen National Volcanic Park and the Lassen National Forest, about a 45 minute drive from Susanville and a little over 2 hours from Reno and major airlines. Friday and Saturday sessions will take place at the Chester Memorial Hall. There are over a dozen lookouts in the Chester-Eagle Lake-Susanville area. Further details will appear in the next issue and on this website as they are announced.
