MOUNT BALDY LOOKOUT
Established with a cupola cabin in 1926, the present 14x14' cab, built in 1958, has been abandoned for many years. It now houses radio communication equipment.

BEAVER (MT. KELLY) LOOKOUT
Originally a camp lookout, a ground cab was constructed in 1947. It was hoisted onto a 10' base in 1964. The lookout was burned by vandals in 1999.

This ground-mounted cabin, built in 1951, was staffed occasionally during the summer into the early 2000s. It was demolished in 2007.

LEMON LOOKOUT
Established in 1949 with a 36' wooden tower with 8x8' cab and 12x16' log cabin living quarters, the tower was destroyed by lightning in 1951, and replaced by an identical tower in 1952. The present tower was built in 1967.

MOUNT REVELSTOKE LOOKOUT
Built in 1927, this cupola cabin was staffed into the 1970's. In 1988, it was declared a National Heritage Site. It is presently used as a bookstore (yes, on top of the mountain!) by the Friends of Revelstoke and the Glacier National Parks Association.

RHODERICK DHU LOOKOUT
This 40' pylon-type steel tower topped with an octagonal cab, built in 1990, is staffed sporadically during the summer. This tower design is more common in Alberta.
